As loyal hosting company we always prefer customer satisfaction. Pk Register has all rights reserve to suspend an account at any time without any prior notice when an account holder violate our services rule.

Below are some basic terms that would apply on all users:

• Payment refund claim would be available within 30 day of buying.
• Domain registration charges & setup charges would bot be claimed for refund.
• Upgrade/downgrade from one plan to another plan would charge 500 PKR as set up charges.
• while transfer hosting from one server to another would charge 500 PKR.
• Account would be immediately suspend without any prior notice if found account holder violating our services terms.
• No one can claim about the backup or hosting data after the expiry of package.

• About account expiry email would be dispatched with regular interval before until the expiry date. If customer never replayed account would be suspended.
• There are no refund for the payment paid for renewal of services or up gradation of packages at all.
• After confirmation of payment account creation & sending would that 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Pk register would not be responsible for any mishap as we advised you again to save your backups on your par
• For database usage 100MB disk space would be reserved for our packages, if you need more than 100MB space, you will pay PKR.500/100mb extra space.

Immediately suspension:

On ending of the services, our services would be immediately suspended and blocked the all types of access to the services.

 

After Account Termination

On end of the administrations services, we would have rites to remove all data located on our servers. Client would be never have any write to claim data after suspension of account. It should be Clint’s responsibility to download, the data prior to the date of termination.

 

Content Not Allowed:

Spamming, malware, or other infectious material

Virus / spyware;

Backup is not allowed to save on the server

Adult content or any type of pornography strictly prohibited..

Third party content, Nulled Scripts

For customer satisfactions and meet the latest requirement and standard of Hosting industry companies refresh there Services terms time to time. Pk Register also reserve the rights to change its privacy policy time to time. These policies should be change without inform any client or customer that's why we recommend all their customers and clients to take the review of our privacy after a month.

Pk register always prefer customer security and satisfactions, but in case of law braking activity and violation of rules and regulation of any state or country, we have all right to share your personal data. Customer personal information only provide to registered and approved government institutes and agencies in case of any unlawful orders we received relevant to your website. One thing that we want to assure you that the information would be provide after confirmation of your involvement in any criminal activity. Any type of website that have fraud type of stuff and we have receive any complain against him from any registered and authentic government agency Pk register would immediately suspend all services for that particular account holder.
